The Ultimate FX Full Facepiece Respirator is intended for use in the most extreme environments. It is the only respirator to feature a 3M Scotchgard™ Protector coating and a Scotchgard semi-permanent lens cover, which help the lens resist dirt, paint, and grime, and make the lens easier to clean. The lens cover attaches with a moderate adhesive and can easily be repositioned.

Scotchgard Protector is ideal for some spray applications because it causes some liquids and paints to bead up on the lens surface, making them easier to wipe away.
Wide lens provides excellent peripheral vision.
The Ultimate FX can be used as an air purifying respirator or as a dual airline supplied air respirator.
The durable six-strap harness utilizes a unique comfort head cradle which positions the respirator comfortably on the head, reducing both uncomfortable pressure points and the possibility of hair pulling.
3M™ Cool Flow™ Exhalation Valve forces exhaled air downward, allows for easier breathing, and helps reduce heat and moisture buildup.
Exhalation Valve cover includes perforations for easier communication than is possible with solid valve covers.
Soft silicone nose cup and faceseal for durability and comfort.
Low-profile bayonet cartridges twist on and off easily, and bonded silicone gaskets eliminate the problem of loose gaskets.
