The OptimAir MM2K Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) is designed for work in abatement, nuclear, lead, and other hazardous particulate environments. The PAPR filters particulates and provides a constant flow of respirable air to the Ultravue® or Ultra Elite® Facepiece.

Constant air flow to either a full Ultravue® facepiece provides protection from particulates, toxic gases and vapors, or a combination of these hazards.

The 3M™ Smart Battery Charger BC-210 is intended to charge the 3M™ Battery Pack BP-15 only with the 3M™ Breathe Easy™ Belt-Mounted Turbo Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) Unit.

Before you choose your 3M™ Belt-Mounted PAPR Assembly, you should choose either the lightweight, 40" H-115 Breathing Tube, the 36" GVP-122 Reusable Breathing Tube, or the GVP-123 Breathing Tube (for use with the 3M™ Full Facepiece 7800S).

Tychem QC Double-Bib Hoods are made of DuPont™ Tyvek® coated with 1.25 mil polyethylene, which reduces permeability to moisture, vapor and air.

Tychem QC Single-Bib Hoods are made of DuPont™ Tyvek® coated with 1.25 mil polyethylene, which reduces permeability to moisture, vapor and air.

Air-Mate Hoods and Head Covers are made of durable, economical DuPont Tyvek QC, that has been "quality coated" with 1.25-mil polyethylene for reduced permeability to moisture, vapor and air.

The Reusable Suspension Hood Assembly is ideal for agricultural or chemical applications where soiled hoods need to be frequently replaced. The fabric hood is easily replaced, but the innovative suspension can be re-used.

The Tychem SL Double Bib Hood is made of DuPont™ Tyvek® laminated with Saranex 23-P film (a product of the Dow Chemical Company). The material provides excellent barrier protection against a range of hazardous liquids, toxic chemicals, and minute particles, and has zero permeability to air and moisture.

Ready-to-use Integrated Suspension Headcovers don’t require any difficult assembly. They are ideal for pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical sterilizing and cleaning, and similar applications.

The 3M Belt-Mounted Powered Air Purifying Respirator takes contaminated air and uses a motorized blower to force it through a filter/cartridge assembly, purifying the air and delivering it to the hood. The blower runs on batteries and is mounted to the user's belt, giving that worker greater mobility and the ability to operate in a wide variety of environments. To assemble your own custom-designed system, simply follow these four steps: Choose a Head Assembly; Choose a Breathing Tube; Choose a PAPR Assembly; and Choose a Cartridge/Filter.

The Painter’s Hood is made from a fabric that helps capture paint overspray, limiting the chance for paint to flake off of the wearer and onto the work surface. Each fabric hood is easily replaced, but the innovative suspension can be re-used.

The GVP-1 Belt-Mounted PAPR Assembly uses the GVP-100 PAPR Motor Blower, which is designed for use with certain 3M helmets, hoods, bump caps, loose-fitting headgear, tight-fitting facepieces and appropriate cartridges and filters to create NIOSH-approved respirator systems.

The GVP-1 Belt-Mounted Assembly includes a motor blower, battery pack, charger, flow meter, power cord, blower plugs, and web belt.
